The Priesthood  | Celibacy

In the Scripture, “Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled:  but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.” (Hebrews 13:4)  The Scriptural qualifications of a pastor or bishop are that he is to be the husband of one wife, knowing how to manage his own home first and then God’s church.  The Lord Christ Jesus speaks about the gift of celibacy as a gift that is given only to a few.  However, in the Church of Rome we see that celibacy is a mandate; only those who profess to be celibate are to lead and oversee the Church.  The whole concept of celibate leadership is totally opposite of the clear teaching found in God’s word, the Bible.

The Catechism Says:

Para 1579 All the ordained ministers of the Latin Church, with the exception of permanent deacons, are normally chosen from among men of faith who live a celibate life and who intend to remain celibate “for the sake of the kingdom of heaven.” Called to consecrate themselves with undivided heart to the Lord and to “the affairs of the Lord,” they give themselves entirely to God and to men. Celibacy is a sign of this new life to the service of which the Church’s minister is consecrated; accepted with a joyous heart celibacy radiantly proclaims the Reign of God.

Para 1599 In the Latin Church the sacrament of Holy Orders for the presbyterate is normally conferred only on candidates who are ready to embrace celibacy freely and who publicly manifest their intention of staying celibate for the love of God’s kingdom and the service of men.

The Bible Says:

I Timothy 3:2-5 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach; Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; One that ruleth his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; (for if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

Titus 1:5-6 For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee: If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly. gns and wonders;

The Catholic Church contradicts the very Word of God and tempts the Lord God in what they do to their young men.  The whole purpose of the Vatican, Pope, Cardinals, and Curia is to maintain control over the priests worldwide.  They have imposed the law of priestly celibacy so that they can continue their control of men who, if they were married, would be responsible for their children, property, households, and most of all for their conscience.

The Church of Rome demands celibacy on those who she places in leadership and has forbidden marital fulfillment of God given sexual desire. This Biblical and sexual perversion perpetuated by the Roman Catholic Church in trying to uphold an untrue priesthood brings her youth into an atmosphere where they are waylaid by immoral lusts.

Priestly celibacy has been the root cause for sexual immorality among priests, women, and boys, as priests sexually proposition women for fornication and adultery, and boys for sodomy.  A dire prophetic warning was given by the Apostle Paul is his letter to Timothy, Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their consciences seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 1Timothy 2:3-4
